One of my New Year’s resolutions is always to hoard less. This year I’ve been ruthless with my extensive magazine collection, scanning and cutting anything important (read: pretty) and throwing everything else out with the recycling. One editorial that did make the grade is this Marie Claire shoot from back in September. What I particularly like is the simple and – dare I say it – wearable styling that gives each garment space to shine, as opposed to the fussy, ‘is it meant to look like that?’ ensembles that typify most fashion magazines.
